Description

Plant based foods have become one of the biggest food trends and lifestyle choices for many, and for good reason. Ever thought it’s hard to cater for friends and family who are vegetarian or vegan? Ever wanted to get more nutrition and flavour out of your own plant-based meals? Have you thought about making the change to a healthier and well-balanced diet?
If the answer is yes to any of these questions, then this workshop is for you.

Join us for an incredible immersion into the exciting new world of vegan, plant based and raw food cuisine. In this special workshop, we will dive into the principles of cookery exploring the vegan way and prepare a selection of dishes combining veganism with modern plate presentation.
