Plant based foods have become one of the biggest food trends and lifestyle choices for many, and for good reason. Ever thought it’s hard to cater for friends and family who are vegetarian or vegan? Join us for an incredible immersion into the exciting new world of vegan, plant based and raw food cuisine. In this special workshop, we will dive into the principles of cookery exploring the vegan way and prepare a selection of dishes combining veganism with modern plate presentation.
